Detroit has a varied entertainment scene that has exploded over the past few years. There is the Fox Theatre, which has been home to hundreds of plays, shows, events, and fundraisers, to the Shelter, which some considering it the birhplace of Eminem, or Slim Shady. Detroit has hunderds of venues and some of the best casinos in the country, all ready and waiting to entertain the thousands who visit them every year!
If you are looking for something fun to do while visiting Detroit, I recommend heading to MGM for a night of good food and drinks, expansive games, and a great sports bar to watch your favorite teams play! Or, if gambling isnt your thing, I recommed taking a look at some of the smaller clubs in Detroit, such as El Club, that almost always have something fun going on like a comedy show or live music!
